Never Down tells the emotionally charged story of Rico (Robert La Sardo – Nip/Tuck) reuniting with his ex-wife and young daughter after serving a five year prison term for armed robbery. Upon Rico's release he encounters old and new forces conspiring to bring him down and tear him between what he holds dear and what he most fears. Robert (the late Kurt Vonnegut) is an apparition who guides Rico through his dangerous mental and real minefields. Willing to do anything to reunite with his daughter made Rico bleed body and soul. He was often hurt, but never down.
